Min - Max Quantity in Cart by User Role

You can settings it in Dashboard -> Users -> Role For Whole Sale you find settings Min Quantity, Max Quantity. Please see screenshot:

When add to cart or update cart, If the purchased quantity is less than Min Quantity or greater than Max Quantity, there will be an error message.
